Our Skills and Know-How, our Aims and Commitments
Our aim is to make sure our artisanal skills and know-how are kept alive, to make sure our regional gastronomic traditions remain in existence. Our family business has always been committed to high quality standards, a rigorous selection process for raw materials, and the transmission of skills and know-how.
La Maison de la Praline is one of those rare producers still making Pink Praline from almonds or walnuts which have been roasted all the way through to the heart in the traditional manner. Furthermore, and importantly, all of our Pink Pralines are guaranteed without Palm Oil.
Max Fleurdépine guarantees a thorough and careful use of artisanal skills and know-how, accompanied by quality assurance controls and conformance with HACCP based food safety management systems [Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point]. Given that La Maison de la Praline has still kept the spirit of a SME family business, customers benefit from enhanced reactivity and a high quality of service. We are happy to deal with small orders, deliveries by pallet load, or developing customised products subject to particular specifications
